We are Jonathan and Melinda Pound, two siblings who love history. Our parents home educated us from the beginning, a privilege for which we are very grateful. Through homeschooling, our parents instilled in us a love and knowledge of God and a desire for a relationship with Him. The second result of our education was a desire to read about the great men and women of the past, and a desire to apply that knowledge to our future. Our Mom was very good about cultivating this desire with many great history resources and biographies. She searched long and hard for the best resources out there. It was difficult to find quality history books that told the true story of history. With this in mind, we have developed Freedom’s Heritage. Because of our love for history and our gratefulness for our homeschool education, it is our desire to aid homeschoolers with God-honoring, conservative products.
Our main purpose in Freedom’s Heritage is to provide home educators with quality, conservative history books for your family in a convenient, affordable way. Our goal is to provide America’s children with history "at-your-fingertips". We strive to ensure that the history books we carry are not humanistic, watered down or politically correct. Our main concern at this time is to show the Providential hand of God in the forming of America, thus, most of our books are centered on American history. All of our history books have been either tried and true family favorites or recently previewed by a member of our family, because we are committed to carrying only the very best books. We sell all our books in sets according to their period of history. We hope our products aid you in your quest to discover and uncover the past.
